• 【Regarding Flight Cancellations Due to Severe Weather】Please agree to the following.
• On the day of boarding, if strong winds or high waves (severe weather) pose a danger to navigation, the voyage will be canceled under the responsibility of the operations management. In such cases, the trip will either be rescheduled (or refunded), but we will inform you of the weather situation in advance and consult with you. (The voyage will proceed in rainy conditions.)
• The decision to cancel due to stormy weather will be made by the captain. Please note that cancellations for personal reasons will be treated as regular cancellations. The final decision will be made between 9:00 and 12:00 on the day.

• Before boarding, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism requires the creation of a passenger list, so please check the following information to be filled in.
• Please provide the following information: for the representative (organizer) - name, age (or date of birth), gender, address, phone number, and emergency contact (name, relationship, phone number); for all accompanying persons - name, age (or date of birth), gender, address, and emergency contact (name, relationship, phone number). For foreign nationals, please also provide name, nationality, and passport number.
• Regarding emergency contacts, for the same family, just one representative is sufficient. For groups or companies, the company name, contact information, and person's name in charge are sufficient. • 【Regarding User Restrictions】For Ages 4 and Up
• Children under 4 years old are restricted from boarding. An adult must always accompany them, and for safety, they are asked to remain inside the cabin while the vessel is moving.
• We ask that you bring your own leash and pet diapers when accompanying your pet (excluding assistance dogs for people with disabilities). Also, when entering the cabin, please use a pet mat. For medium-sized dogs or larger, consultation is required.
• People who are heavily intoxicated, feeling unwell, or engaging in actions that cause trouble for the crew or passengers will be asked to refrain from boarding at the captain's discretion.
• All actions on board must follow the crew's instructions. If you cannot comply with these rules, you will be asked to disembark immediately and no refunds will be provided, so please understand.
• 【Life Jacket Wearing Requirement】
• We will lend out the appropriate number for your group. Wearing them is mandatory, so please do not remove them on your own while on board.

• 【Regarding Baggage】
• You may bring up to two items per person, each with a total of the three sides' lengths of 150 cm or less and a weight of 20 kg or less.
• 【About clothing】
• Please choose clothing that is as comfortable and easy to move in as possible. On the sea, the wind and the drop in temperature after sunset tend to make it cooler than on land, so it would be good to have an extra layer with you.
• 【About footwear】
• Please choose shoes with as much contact with the ground as possible and rubber soles. High heels, platform sandals, or leather-soled shoes are very dangerous. When boarding or disembarking, or if the ship suddenly rocks violently, there is a risk of slipping, falling, and falling into the sea.
• 【No food or drinks will be provided】
• Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks (including alcohol). However, cooking on board is prohibited.

• 【Precautions for Boarding】
• Even if you are worried about seasickness, rest assured that we will return to the port at any time in case of emergency.
• Boats are always unstable. Make sure children always wear life jackets, and guardians are responsible for ensuring their safety.
• Do not touch the ship controls. Absolutely do not touch or lean on the helm, throttle lever, or any other ship controls.
• If you damage or break any interior or exterior equipment on the ship, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged separately.
• Please manage valuables at your own responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by dropping into the sea.
• Do not jump into rivers or the sea under any circumstances. Swimming is prohibited. Getting caught in a propeller or similar can cause a serious accident.
• Please absolutely refrain from throwing away garbage or substances that pollute the sea. It is prohibited under the Marine Pollution Prevention Law.
• The use of fire or anything that generates high heat is strictly prohibited. Also, the entire ship is non-smoking.
• If the captain determines that a passenger's behavior could pose a danger to the crew or the operation, the cruise will be immediately terminated for safety, and you will be returned to port to disembark. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
